80's song...sounds like Talking Heads maybe?

I contacted the video poster on youtube and they said that Talking Heads songs were used during the show. The person was not sure of the name of the song in this clip though. He/she said the first song of the show was titled "Leg Bells" by David Byrne of Talking Heads. This song sounds nothing like the clip in the video based on the 30 second clips of the song i've heard.
