I need help finding the singers to these 2 songs

Ok well the first one i heard at jc penney and its been in my head ever since all i remember from it is the lyrics "you got to figure it out" and its male maybe a group and sound kind of mellow, the other one is like techno or one of those and its a chick and the lyrics for this one contain "suck my dick, kiss my ass" or something like that. please help!!!!

The first is: "Figure It Out" by Maroon 5 (I believe)

Second (possibly): "Frank Sinatra" by Miss Kitten
