I HAVE NO CLUE BUT THERE IS ALOT OF WHISTLING AND ITS CATCHY. IT COULD BE OLD THOUHG IT PLAYS AT JC PENNEY ALL THE TIME.

no not that one either, its on the jcpenney satalite radio station and i dont know what station it is but they have a lot of good music. a lot of whistling and some lyrics but the whistling part is the same and they repeat it alot. i think a women sings in it too

I happened to hear this song on the radio that has surely been played in a commercial. The dj on the radio said it was referred to as ‘the whistle song.’
