Stadium/Jock Jams/Techno song?

Hey all, I have heard this song played during hockey games and basketball games at my school (Ohio State). It has a techno beat and the only words are "woah," sung over and over again It's sung like "ooo-wa--aaa--eee--O---ooo-wwaa-aaa-eee-O...." and so on. Any help?
 
Hey thanks! I used to have that on my ipod before it got nuked. Haven't heard it in a long time.
