What on earth are NBC doing about "A little late with Lilly Singh"?

It's a complete embarrassment, bursting at the seams with cringe inducing failed attempts at humor. It's completely unwatchable and can't even get decent views on Youtube. How much longer can this show possibly last, why hasn't the writing staff been replaced. It's all so baffling.
