I would really like to know this as well. The song is so pretty, and the commercial comes on all the time! It's driving me crazy.

i love this commercial. the music is so beautiful. i sent an email to wendys a couple days ago and got a response. not exactly what i wanted to hear, because i wanted to grab the song off of itunes, but it looks like it's not available anywhere because it was made by their advertising agents.
