Use Trillian

Hey, who here uses Trillian?

I was going to download it...but then it hit me that AIM is the only IM program that I use and downloading something that merges multiple programs together didn't make much sense. Great name though, very modern. (Its named after a character in "Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy")

Well, I always used to use AIM, but when I found that a couple of my friends had MSN accounts, I began to use this program. I like that you can rename your friends in this, the next version has some really cool stuff in it. Also, there are no ads! It seems a lot cleaner too.

Trillian kicks arse XP I hate AIM because of the pop-ups and how sometimes the ads have sounds without requesting it and such... I'm happy to use Trillian

Bah... trillian is almost just as bad as AIM in my opinion.

Being an Open Source fan boy it's only naturally I'd use Gaim.

You should try it.

I use gaim on my linux partition.
