There was a particular song half way through the movie and it sounded like Ray Charles and had some lyrics about a woman named Caroline or Carolina....

It is not on the official soundtrack and I didn't bother looking at the end credits thinking it would be on the soundtrack.

Does anyone have a clue who sings and what the title of this song is?
