on the quper sweet 16 episode about the girl who became an airess to a fortune and had her bday party, there is a song that is played right when she finds out what car she is getting from her dad. the only lyrics that were played were "woo hoo" or "woo woo" over and over again. im not sure what it is cuz ive heard it b4 but i cant put a finger on it... a rough music line went something like this
