Techno-Sounding song!

Okay....I heard this song in KMart....it was techno-ish sounding and a bit old probably. It sounded a bit like madonna but the chorus included "It is great to be alive" or "It feels so great to be alive"

I can't figure it out! I don't know what the song name is....so if you could help me, I'd appreciate it!

Nah, I've heard of that one...sounds something like it though except this one is a little slower.

Came up in a google search - they have an album on iTunes but this song isn't on it.
