Hi everyone,
I'm working on melding a bunch of running songs together for my friend.
I'm looking for songs that are ~120-160 BPM, and are somewhat mainstream/recognizable.

Here are the songs I have so far:
Black Eyed Peas - Pump It
Aqua - Dr. Jones
Hellogoodbye - Here (In Your Arms)
Lucas Prada - And She Said
White Town - Your Woman
Eurythmics Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)
ATC - Around the World
Nina Sky - Move Ya Body
Eiffel 65 - I'm Blue
Rihanna - Don't Stop the Music

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
-ThaiBinh

Kelly Clarkson - Never Again (Dave Aude Remix)
Sarah McLachlan - Stupid (Hyper Mix)
Shiny Toy Guns - Le Disko
Gorillaz - Dare

Just a few of my working out faves ;)

I don't know how good these all may be, these are just some random ideas...
Most of these are songs I've run or worked out to, and they seem to be a steady beat.

"Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger" - Daft Punk
"Technologic" - Daft Punk
"Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom" - Vengaboys
"We Like To Party" - Vengaboys (Six Flags, anyone? :D )
"Satisfaction" - Benny Benassi & The Biz
"Move Your Body" - Eiffel 65
"U & Ur Hand" - P!nk
"Jukebox" - Bent Fabric
"Jerk It Out" - The Caesars
"Bad Boy" - Cascada
"Everytime We Touch" - Cascada
"The City is At War" - Cobra Starship
"Better Now" - Collective Soul
"Bohemian Like You" - Dandy Warhols
"You Spin Me Round" - Dead or Alive
"My Console" - Eiffel 65
"Don't Bring Me Down" - Electric Light Orchestra
"Ya Mama" - Fatboy Slim
"The Rockafeller Skank" - Fatboy Slim
"Times Like These" - Foo Fighters
"19-2000 (Soulchild Remix)" - The Gorillaz
"Dare" - The Gorillaz
"The Queen and I" - Gym Class Heroes
"Flagpole Sitta" - Harvey Danger
"Tap That" - Megan McCauley (Awesome work-out song)
"Platinum Blonde Life" - No Doubt
"Hit That" - The Offspring
"Los Angeles" - Sugarcult
"Cobrastyle" - Teddybears
"Different Sound" - Teddybears
"Sharp Dressed Man" - ZZ Top

I know these all won't work, the beats are all very different. But I'll throw them out there anyway. :)

Not sure about the bpm thing, but here are some songs that you might get into:

Fatboy Slim - Right here, right now (starts out slow, but good build-up)

Jamiroquai - Feels Just Like It Should
Jay-Z - Dirt Off Your Shoulder
Kanye West - Stronger
Kanye West - Touch The Sky
Lexicon - Rock
Moby - Bodyrock
Nelly - Heart Of A Champion
Rob Thomas - This Is How A Heart Breaks
Spiderbait - Black Betty
T.I. - Bring Em Out
The Chemical Brothers - Galvanize
The Crystal Method - Name Of The Game

The Exies - My Goddess
The Hives - Hate To Say I Told You So
The Vines - Get Free
Fort Minor - Remember The Name
Linkin Park - Faint

Muse - Supermassive Black Hole

-Note: Some of this stuff is a bit "harder" than what you have mentioned above, so don't say I didn't warn you

Hey guys,
Thanks for the suggestions. Even though a lot of the songs have BPMs outside of the range I was looking for, I'm discovering a lot of artists, many of whom have other songs that fit in the BPM range.
This is good stuff!
Thanks!
