SBS Tour de France

Yeh the ad was on twice 2day on SBS advertising for the Tour de France. The slogan be there (France) or be here SBS to watch the whole Tour. The music playing was an instrumental rock riffs piece and i've heard it before on Hogan Knows Best, EPL season 2003-04, Top Gear and many more but ive never been able to track it down. This is the best chance ive ever had please help?

oh sorry doctomemory the song im talking about it was not an intro for Hogan Knows Best or Top Gear but the song had been used in those shows before. Like little samples. But the song was the EPL anthem for the 2003-04 season if thats any help?

I've looked up this song everywhere, google, imdb.com, wikipedia everything but nothing has come up.

oh sorry none of those either. The EPL anthem you wrote is the EPL at the moment. The song im talking about was the EPL anthem for the 2003-04 season.
