SBC Yahoo! advert

Hi all
Have been wondering about the background music in the latest (?) SBC Yahoo! DSL ad ($19.95 for all-distance customers only!) ad - it talks about "Don't thank us, thanks your 3rd grade math teacher" - shows kids in a 60ish video clip doing math in grade-school.
The music has a 60ish feel to it, and is all instrumental - I suspect it being the opening intro of a song - sounds like 'Archies', or any other 60's band for that matter!
Any clues? I know this one would be a lil' difficult. Hasn't showed up on adtunes forums yet!

It is quite a regular commercial shown on NBC, FOX in the evening slots.

I don't know the name of that song but I have seen the commercial and I have heard that song during football games.
