Is it the song where a female is singing about Carnivale? If so then the song is called Carnivale by Destra.

I have no clue what the name of the track is....but it's in the commercial that you posted, and it's also in the New Parrot Bay Malt Beverage commercial. It's like really hyped up tech-house.

the celebrate/destra song was part of the soca calypso contest in '04... i recognized the song because i was at carnivale in trinidad that year... crazy!

actually the name of the song is "Bonnie and Clyde" by Destra Garcia

I just went by what it came up as when I went to download it.

The track is VERY reminiscent (spelling?) of the Vengaboys.

Cheesiness at its greatest.
