Olympic pratfalls VISA ad?

NBC has been running an ad for the Athens Olympics featuring athletes messing up and being very un-graceful. The music is a jaunty instrumental that sounds like a European folk dance. Can anyone tell me the name of the tune?

I have seen an ad for VISA on NBC (usually during the Tonight Show). It shows the athletes unprepared for the games: runner with no shoes, relay racers without a baton, boxer without gloves, etc. The instrumental music over it is a jaunty tune that sounds like an English folk dancing tune. Anyone know the name of the tune?
