I thought this was funny and I'm bored so I'm posting something that happened when I was speaking to a customer over the phone:
Okay, I'm walking this customer through an install of some software and he says, "Okay, it says please wait while your sysem settings are being created."
So I say, "okay, that means we need to wait a few minutes"
He's like, "but I clicked on where it says click here when completed and nothing happened."
And I say, "that's because we are still waiting on it. It's not finished yet."
Then he says, "yeah but shouldn't it bring up another window?"
I said, "like what?"
He says, "something that says please wait"
I said, "What's on your screen right now?"
He says, "please wait while your system settings are being created. "
