Looking for a particular song I heard a long time ago

I am looking for a particular song that I heard on the telveision a long time ago. It maybe 2011-12 and I think for a car commercial. It was a very slow song with guitar and a female voice singing. The key was a flat major. In the song she sang a verse low pitched and then the 2nd verse up an octave. Could anyone be able to identify the song? Thanks!
