IT'S PUMPED UP KICKS! Exactly why I went looking for confirmation. Beautiful melodic hook, but also pretty funny for a constipation med! Pumped up, bullets and all!

Sounds like an instrumental remix of the chorus for the Psychedelic Furs "All of this and nothing"....which would also fit into the 'constipation' theme
