Kinesiotaping?

Hmm, I've googled it and read some about it. I guess I just don't get how it works really. We've been having to take Connor to physical therapy because he tends to always turn his head to the left and he's developed a slight flat spot. I've been reading over his evaluation and under plan of care it lists kinesiotaping.

aaww! Won't flat spot go away when his skull firms?

I never heard of Kinesiotaping either...

Hmmm, I'm not sure what you found in your search but this may be easier to understand? I've never heard of it either

Thanks, that's one of the ones I was looking at. I guess I just don't understand why and how that's going to help Connor's situation. haha. See, they are treating him for being able to turn his neck to the right more often. Like it will turn but for a sec and he immediately turns it back to the front or left but they are also trying to strengthen his back, stomach, and butt muscles.

also nevah heard of it. But I am familiar with playing keno although not extensively. ^_^

Do the doctors offer a diagnosis as to why your child is doing this?

I am curious.

No diagnosis really they just said that possibly his head was turned to the left while I was carrying him and possibly the muscles have grown stronger on one side.

Haha, that's funny you say that. He's been paying attention to the TV lately and so we try to make it to where he has to turn to the right. Anyway, I was watching that Dallas cowboys cheerleaders show and he didn't take his eyes off of it.

My sister is a physical therapist. I could ask her about it the next time I see her!
