High Pitched Guitar in New Rock Song

I just heard this new rock or punk song and it is sung by a guy and in the beginning he says something about brotherly or brotherhood, and then the high pitched guitar takes a few notes, and then the chorus he is kind of mumbling but it sounds like he is saying something something something and then something with an E sound in the end of the chorus, actually there is the E sound throughout the entire chorus at the end of the sentences he sings. The high pitched guitar comes in and plays a few high notes and then gradually goes lower........it is a new song, I have never heard this before...I hope someone out there knows it...it is pretty good! Also, the guitar is played throughout the entire song
