Okay so I have this movie in my head but I can't think of the name.. [I've searched IMDB for the plot and stuff but I can't seem to find it]
It's an older film, I think mid 80s about a kid that goes on this trip to collect a bunch of cards to spell out a word, i want to say the word is Cannonball but I'm not certain, but he goes alone and finally does it in the end, but the guy that ran it said something to the effect of no one is supposed to win this and then tosses him out of the window, when he "dies" he wakes up and then it ends with the kid in the middle of the desert working at a gas station instead of completing the game.
