my friend wants to know if anyone knows what the background music is for the geico commercial where a woman is sitting at a table in the morning, and you see the guy with the really deep voice talking into a microphone right behind her, and he's got the headphones on too. i guess it's playing dramatic music or something.

Well here's the commercial I think you're talking about, but I have no idea if that is a real song... it sounds like a parody of the dramatic chords in just about every trailer.
