It sounds like it's off the score for The Crow: City of Angels. I'm trying to verify this, but I'm having trouble finding my copy of the CD. I'll let you know as soon as I find it.

Okay, I found my CD and it is off the Score for The Crow:City of Angels by Graeme Revell. It's the first track titled City of Angels. I tried to look for a video on Youtube that used the song, but I couldn't locate one, sorry about that.
