You mean "Electricity"? I think that song only has like two "lines" in it , and the "lyrics" aren't the ones staples mentioned.

The reason it's sitting in a director's chair is that it's one of the stars of a movie called "Destiny on the High Seas" ... the character's name: "Ginger" (kinda obvious there) ...
