Hm, the commercial you described is similar to Dove's Go Fresh commercial for their body mist product. It has a woman with a tank top with the little dove logos floating around her. The music is also ethereal/worldly sounding.

If by chance we're thinking of the same commercial and song, the singer is Di Johnston and the song is called "Segue."

There is just a few seconds at the end of this commercial which feature a woman singing.
Sounded a bit like The Bird and The Bee or The Poems. Anyway, along those lines I thought.
