Complicated song

Okay, so like a week ago, i heard this song on the radio. it was about 4 or 5 minutes long and i don't remember much about it other than the fact that i liked. Well, it had a very jazz-like beat in the background. it was a woman singing and the song started with the phrase, "Yesterday we watched the river flow" and then the chorus was "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaah for the love of you". I've checked several of the leading lyric search agents on the internet, and yet i've found nothing. Plzz help. Thanx in advance,
