A Canadian lyricist named Jim Guthrie wrote it specifically for CO, BUT he supposedly did a full-length version available at his site...

The first reply is correct; According to the Wikipedia bio on Guthrie, He did an ad for a Canadian branch of Capitol One in 2005. I searched it just now and it's readily available. "Hands in My Pocket" by Jim Guthrie. Approximately 3 minutes in length.
