I need help; I heard this song years ago on the radio and have been looking for it ever since

I found this video that has the song playing but I still don't know who sings it or where I can find it.

I remember on the radio they called it a 'Mouse House Remix' but I searched that and didn't find anything. There was a really good version of Under the Sea too that I can't find..

It has Beauty and the Beast and Under the Sea on it.
