Arctic Gardens

There is an Arctic Gardens commercial for microwaveable rice and vegetables. The woman in it is making her food, and it flashes to the 1960's where a guy in a desk is reviewing two products, one the microwaveable food, and the other a dancing sunflower. I can't find the commercial on YouTube at all. The lyrics at the end of the commercial are "cross my heart and hope to...". Does anyone have an idea of what song it is?

The song is called Cross My Heart and it appears to be specially made for the company.
