I wonder if it's genuinely from that era or newly-composed? In any case I heart it! Does anyone know what it is?

I just Shazamed it and it said "London Boy" by Ian Curnow. Can't find it in iTunes boo.

Thank you Mrazberry! I really appreciate your help, and turning me on to Shazam. This seems to be a tough track indeed to find... I can only hope American Horror Story will make it available in wider circulation!
