    I ended up finding it. The name of the song is "signs of love" by moby from the album 18. The ad was called born to perform. The commercial didn't have any singing in it but its definitely the same tune with the piano.

    Hey, about a year ago jaguar had a commercial for one of its cars, I think it was the xj8. It showed the car and then a transparent looking cat with pistons and gears moving inside it.
