Ok, so back in the 90's I saw this video nominated on the MTV music video awards and it was really artisitc and cool but I never got the name... It was a very radiohead-esque song, or massive attack, and was filmed in a european traffic tunnel. A transient older man who looked in bad health...- thesaulter
