    I found the band, they hail from Norway and are called "Yelp." The song in question is called "Voluntary Sacrifice." Unfortunately they broke up before formally recording an album, so their music is near impossible to get. This website has some of their songs, but not the one from the videos...

    lush - undertow it was used in a levi's ad, some girl steals her car from a chop shop. now i own numerous lush albums. it was a really great ad too, i still watch it sometimes.
