Couldn't say for sure - but the voice sounds an awful lot like Thurston from Sonic Youth. Didn't they do original stuff for this film? If it isn't original, I wouldn't know what record to point you toward. They have a huge amount of albums.- DIanalog

I haven't seen that film in a long time, but I think it's TOMCRAFT - "OVERDOSE" playing when one of the characters o.d's, and has the vision of being at the huge party.
