Singer's name
I cannot for the life of me think of the name of a certain singer. Her gimmick is when she starts a song she records a few short clips and then loops them as her back-up vocals. She is currently being used in a PBS promo and the song is "The Train" song or something like that. Many thanks if...- Allen
