World's Scariest Police Chases

There was a show on ABC a number of years ago very similar to Fox's "Cops". It featured John Bunnell (laster of Wildest Police Videos).
There was a song used in the opening of the show called "Heart of Darkness". Does anyone remember the name of the ABC show AND the artist of "Heart of Darkness"?
