What rock band is this.......based on an image

I found this picture somewhere while surfing. Anyone know the name of this band?

The only thing that is coming to my mind is The Red Hot Chili Peppers....but I know that is probably wrong.

The guy in the front just reminds me of Anthony Kiedis even though it's most likely not.

I realized how my Chili Peppers claim seemed really stupid so let me explain.
I know they don't wear the normal "garb" like that, but I know they took on many different "genres" for Dani California.
So...that's where that idea came from.

But anywho!

I'm trying to think of bands that have somewhat that style.

AFI, he's soo distinct.
Kill Hannah, the lead singer is was too girly lookin.

I'm probably not the person for this job. I can tell by their style that it's not my genre of music... So I'm basically going for anything here.

Marilyn Manson ????????? Maybe? Before the makeup?,
an early Anthony Kiedis and
Steven Van Zandt of Sprinsteens E Street Band in the same picture????

Probably way off but that's who they look like to me. I think the Ozzy and Van Zandt ones are dead ringers.

EDIT - OkayI have no idea who the first one is but I've decided no way is it Sid Vicious
