Verizon Wireless VCAST

Please help I am looking everywhere. I saw this commercial a few months ago and I loved the song, but I heard it today and I can't get it out of my head. It was a commercial for a cell phone, Im not even sure which, but there was a huy waiting for a bus or something on a bench and there was a person jamming to dance track and holding a phone on the right on the screen. The person chnged a few times, but it ended with a black woman shaking it down with her phone. She kind of reminded me of the girlfriend on Napolean Dynamite, just getting her groove on, not even really moving all that much. I cant tell you more, Im sorry. But I have been searching for so long and I am only certain of what it is not:

it isnt Nelly Furtado, Promiscuous
or City of love by Persephone's Bee's
or living things, bom bom bom
or Hooverphonic, strange effect
it might be Goldfrapp strict machine, but I dont know what version. IT isnt the one I heard, but the lyrics sound like it might fit. It could be a man with a high falsetto voice, "you've got the (SOMETHING), baby... "

Please help me!
