In that Verizon commercial, who sings "Ill be There"?

On the verizon commercial with Keiffer Sutherland Narrating, the song " Ill be there" is playing, and its not the Jackson 5 one. I posted this a while back and got a response but thats not the right guy. Anyone have any idea?
