What's the music that is in the background of this commercial?

I suppose no one knows what the music is, in the promo. I don't believe that it's from the show, itself, and there's no help on ABC's site.

They dont have that exact promo posted anymore, but I DID see one on TV for "The Nine" which I recognized the terrific music of Brian Tyler from "Children of Dune".

I would be curious to find out who does this as well. I heard it tonight on a video package during the WWE Survivor Series so I would definitely like to know who composed it and where I may find it.

I heard it again this evening on America's Game on the NFL Network during the 92 Cowboys episode. I have searched near and far and I can still not find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

"The Shape of Things to Come" by The Ramones

It is an instrumental piece. Most likely production music due to its use in different sources. I have scoured several production libraries and have yet to find anything. Most of the Nine tv spots have been pulled so I will endeavor to track one down if that helps.
