The Mall at Short Hills

I've been seeing a commercial for The Mall at Short Hills lately. It has a very famous piece of music playing, but I can't think of the title/composer. Can anyone help me?

It's a very recognizable tune. I'm sure you'd know what it is if you heard it. The Mall in Short Hills is in New Jersey, so you'd probably have to live in the NJ/NY area to hear it. I live in NY. Did anybody else see this commercial?
