Techno song... have been looking around for ages

This a techno song I heard in a video which I don't have anymore. In the song there are some lyrics, only two lines worth and they repeat from time to time. Basically the first line of lyrics is said by a group of people and is followed up by the second line said by a single person. The lyrics are

First line "We have a winner"
Second line "Got a winner"

That's all I can come up with. If I can find that video again I will post a link but this is all for now.
