Techno/Dance Song help

This is going to be hard to explain, but they play this Techno-y/Dance song at Buffalo Sabres games sometimes, and I've been wondering for a while the name of it. It's hard to describe, but it's upbeat and my best attempt at the lyrics of the male singer are:

Yippee yeahyeahyeah
Yippee yeahyeahyeahyeahyeahyeah

oh oh!
oh oh!

(Then the singer says something like "Everybody dance yeah", although his voice is weird and how they blare the song I really can't pick it up.)

Any help? They probably play it at most sporting events and I think it also was on a car commerical a while ago.
