STARSTUFF - 80's Philly Area Kids Show

OK, so I grew up outside the Philidelphia, PA area as a kid and the local station made there own Saturday morning kids show called STARSTUFF. Out of no where I recently started humming the theme song. Now I MUST find out the composer and see if I can find the full length original composition. Here is a link to the opening music.
