song that sounds like in my place by coldplay

hey, i heard this song in a club i was in. it was a bit from a distance, and this description is going to be very vague, but i seriously thought it was "In My Place" by Coldplay. Didn't think much of it, but then as it went on i began to noticed it wasnt, then i became curious. i ended up really liking the song. Here is the only thing i can remember from the song (it was a good night at the club ; ) ) , i think the refrain/chorus had the word "memory" or "memories" in it, heh ironic i know. I doubt this is anywhere near enough to get any replies, but just maybe you're listening to this song as you scroll through the forums, thank you in advance if u reply.
