Song I Heard On the Radio

I heard this song today on the radio and couldnt get it. It sounded like a CCR song and the guy singing was kinda mumbling the words. It ended with the guy yelling "get it on! GET IT ON! get it on!" in different pitches of his voice.

Anyone know it?
