Hey guys,
So i heard a song on the radio yesterday and i was wondering if anyone could help me identify it.
It was sung by a group that sounded british. I remember it clearly repeating some lines and i know the only ones i could remember were:

Don't let it drag you down
Don't let it drag you down, yeah!

yes, in that order they were sung.

just wondering if anyone could help me out.'

thanks

The only thing I can think of is "Don't Let The Blues Get You Down" by Bachman-Turner Overdrive but I don't think that's it...

no, not quite it, thanks for trying though mate.

about the singer, is it male or female? could it be "Don't Let Me Drag You Down" by Sarah Bettens?

It is definitely male.
And not the coldplay song either.
I tracked the stations name down, it wa splaying on Virgin Radio Xtreme if thats any help.

alright, remembered some more lyrics, not much but here:

-....and your friends are out on the town again, and it's too much for your head to take..."

alright, i solved it. Just in case anyone else was wondering.
The song is called "We'll live and die in these towns" by The Enemy
