i remember the guy singing something like

i couldnt really understand him... but i know that he said something about throwing lightning and that nobody can stop him.

i think its a fairly recent song...

I'm from the Boston area too so I also get Jam'n 94.5. Check jamn945.com and maybe check the playlists or something. I looked for you but I couldnt find any reggae singer.
