That piece of music is Handel's 'Sarabande from Suite XI' It gets used quite often in trailers and commercials, but was most famously adopted in Stanley Kubrick's Barry Lyndon.
The whole suite is available on CD in several different recodings (I find the Naxos range to be very reliable), and this track is available on a few classical soundtrack collections ('Reel Chill: The Cinematic Chillout Album' for one).
