Okay people i have been trying to do some research on this one sample but can't find the answer. I hope you geniuses can figure out who originated the sample used in these two songs by these two artist.

Joe feat. Mystikal - Stutter Lyrics


i really don't like either one of the songs but the sample is fantastic. if i could find the original song that would be cool; work at a bar so i would love to play it there.
